multi-touch alternative for single-touch mobile devices - zoom/rotate/pan control

working on mobile photo browser: 11pix

how it works:
-zoom/rotate mode when double tap; in this mode drag any point from photo to zoom/rotate
-single top to return in pan mode
-need just one hand to controll (multi-touch needs two hands to control - you have to hold the device with the other hand)
